Whether it’s spring, summer, fall or winter, you’re good to go. Enclosures can be installed any time of the year. The only delay is inclement weather. We want to keep our installers safe and don’t work outside during lightning storms.
How long does it take to build a screen enclosure?
Building an enclosure generally takes somewhere between two to four weeks. Our expert staff will cheerfully walk you through the entire process. We do most of the pre-fab in our warehouse in Altamonte Springs and build the enclosure on your property. Most delays involve weather.
Do I need a permit?
We handle all permitting. If you need approval from your homeowners’ association, we’ll help with that as well.
